Feedback workshop on the European Genetic Resources Strategy

24-26 November 2020 (online)

Central to the development of the European Genetic Resources Strategy is the involvement of a wide array of stakeholders in genetic resources conservation and sustainable use—including management practitioners, end-users and policymakers.

During the feedback workshop, the draft European Genetic Resources Strategy was presented and participants discussed and developed the key commitments of the strategy. These key committments will form the basis of the Action Plan that will be appended to the main strategy document.

This workshop follows a series of consultations, including the ‘Sharing Perspectives’ workshop.

The workshop was convened online rather than as originally planned in Padua, Italy.
